This webinar will provide mentors and protégés with an overview of the Partnering for Growth Program and how to strategize to create a successful relationship between the mentor and the protégé. The presentation will share advice on how to identify compatibility, commit to the relationship and how to thoroughly review and identify a plan for document completion.

The webinar series is open to construction and professional engineering services firms, including disadvantaged, minority- and women-owned businesses as part of the Illinois Tollway’s efforts to increase the pool of firms participating in its capital program contracts. The Illinois Tollway currently is in the 10^thyear of its 15-year, $14 billion Move Illinois capital program.
